Brief Description:  More finishing touches

Had Robert & Thon work with me today - getting lots of small finishing work done. Robert checked all the control surface lock nuts, marked them with nail polish so we can see if they move - then fitted all the clear perspex inspection hole covers (so we can inspect whout removing the covers.

With Thon's help we reattached the radio antenae (she is skinny enough to fit into the rear fuse ..). Robert refitted the baggage area braces and panels.

We then measured Peter T's prop angle (19 degrees) and duplicated it on our prop - both blades now set at excatly 19 degrees.

Fitted foam tape at the top and bottom of the oil cooler to direct the air flow though the cooler.

Peter T spend an hour going over the plane and made a few tweeking suggestions - but overall he was very happy with the build quality. Time to call in the engineer.
