Brief Description: Making and installing the flap position indicator.
Used the cardboard template to find the position that the indicator needed to mounted at. Played with various alloy sections to find somehting suitable. Made up the mount, including drilling holes so it would bed firmly into the flocked resin. Located and drilled the 1/16th hole in the flap torque tube arm. Held it all in position and drove the flap moter up and down to check. Then made up the flocked resin and bedded the mount.
When dry - ran the flap motor up and down again to check - works well at this stage! The position indicator is needed by the push-button flap actuator on the panel ......
