Brief Description: Making mounting frames for the dynon remote units.
After checking the clearance under the seats, and think about making a shelf behind the panel - decided to mount the remote units for the Skyview and the transponder encoder on the flor behind the seats. Made up 2 mount trays - then after testing, started again and made up a second set. I was making sure you can get to all cables and mounting nuts/bolts when the trays are fixed in.
Used the angle grinder to smooth the areas of the floor where the ends of the mounting plates were to be glassed on. Positioned everything, then layed a bed of flock, pressed the frames in, then glassed over the ends of the frames. Everythign secured now - so next step is to measure the dictance to the Skyview panel unit and extend the all the cables as need be.
