Brief Description:  Exhaust & Brake Lines

Picked up the exhaust from the welding shop. I had a sleeve fitted so the exhaust pipe could be removed (rather than having the pipe welded directly to the muffler). Makes it much easier to fit the assembly and remove it when necessary. Marked the hole location on the side of the muffler, and the angle on the end. The shop did a good job.

Started routing the brake lines. Painful job as the notes are very vague and there are only a few photos - and no clear photos of how the lines should be suspended so they are held securely - but still allow enough movement that the pedals can slide freely fore and aft.

Really would be great if the manual was test read by someone who hadn't already built lots of planes!! Lots of assumptions everywhere ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
