Brief Description: Using expanding foam to fill under the alloy top o
Am trying to fill under the sheet alloy glare shield top by using expanding spray foam. Went on well - stuck to alloy and dried quiet hard. Did the initial trim. Will now work slowly and cut and sand it to shape and see how it goes. If it is OK I will leave it and upholster over it.
Sanded and filled all the bottom engine cowl intake ducts again. Maybe 2 more sandings and fillings will finish it.
