Brief Description: Manufacture & fit of front wheel pant.
Mark & Andrea took on the task of making and fitting the front wheel pant. The manual instructions were even worse than normal - again, a case of someone who has already done the job thinking they can write a build manual by "remembering" what they did ..............
Mark fitted the two together, then designed, built and fitted the holding brackets (what measurements are in the manual are wrong). The top and bottom clearance holes were nibbled out slowly, then all the nut-plates fitted and the whole assembled on the front wheel. A frustrating time - but a good end product.
