Brief Description: Fabricating and assembling the rudder cable pulley
Drilled out all the tangs as per the manual, then measured the width of the assemblies (1/2") and bent the tangs to make the brackets. Very close tollerances to fit the pulley tangs correctly while allowing the bolt head to fit inside the bracket. Again, slow work but enjoyable work.
