Brief Description:  Making pedal supports and more canopy skin work.

Spent the evening marking up the 2 sets of pedal support "beams". Drilled the locating holes - then sent them off to Rodney to cut the lightning holes on the big mill. He will also use the mill to taper the front vertical support "beams".

Then spent Saturday working on the canopy again. Started by cleaning the "canopy to frame" joint on the inside of the canopy - needed this clean and sharp so I could continue trimming the outside skin cover back toward this edge. The last photo is from the inside and you can see the external skin through the canopy. At that stage it was 1/4"above the frame line. I trimmed it down a little more, and smoothed the curves on the skin (needs to look good from the outside as well as from the inside). Perhaps another 2-3 hours on the skin and it will be ready to be bonded to the canopy and frame. Looking forward to finishing the canopy ........
