Brief Description: Preparing to affix canopy to frame
Placed the canopy in position on the frame and marked (with black marker pen) the top edge of the frame on the inside of the canopy. Removed the canopy and taped down to that line. Then used wider tape to tape a minimum of 2" above the joint line. Had already peeled the protective coating from the first 2" on the inside of the canopy.
Sanded the inside of the canopy and thoroughly cleaned the canopy and frame where they were to be joined.
Mixed some resin & flock and applied it liberally to the top edge of the canopy frame (the edge the canopy sits on and is glued to). Smoothed the flock to an even bead all around the frame.
