Held the stainless sheet to the front of the fuse and marked the rough outline. Marked in 10mm from the rough line to get the cut line. Placed the engine mount on the firewall to check its position - and found we had to adjust the cut line to ensure the engine mount did not protrude past the firewall. Used the jigsaw to do the rough cut and then lightly hammered the edge to smooth it out. Taped the firewall in position, held the engine mount in place and marked the mount points, then marked the location of the attaching bolt holes (spaced away from the engine mount points) then drilled the holes and clecoed it in place.
