Staying at the back end ...... Marked out the positions for the elevator hinges and started cutting the 1/8 recess with the grinding cutter on the Dremel. After the 4th piece disintegrated - and hit my neck - I decided there had to be a better way. Off to the hardware to buy a proper toothed cutter for the Dremel. After 15 mins cutting a viewing hole through the back of the shield - I could cut a good line with no more flying pieces of mini cut-off wheel! Clamped the hinges in position and match drilled the holes.
