Dynon display shoiwng zero volts, zero fuel flow and questionable fuel pressure readings.
Step 1 - check correct sensor leads inputs going into Dynon. Looks OK but will need to check continuity.
Step 2 - run direct negative connections back to the battery (bypassing the harness) to make sure we have proper returns or earths. No improvement....
Step 3 - go back to basics with Paul P from the hangar behind us. Paul is a sparky so has a solid basics knowledge. Checked all we could but still scratching heads. Paul will make a few inquiries mfor me ...
Step 4 - do something simple like riveting on the SS ID plate so something was achived today!
Pual did comment that nearly all owner-built aircraft - even those build by LAMEs - take many weeks to debug all the electrics ....
