Brief Description: Control stick relay and fuel level wiring
After double checking all the fine leads coming from the micro switches in the control sticks - I wired up the relay panel to connect the control sticks to the elevator trim motor and position sensor. Decided to locate the panel on the stiffener panel below the cowl. Then made "Z" mounts out of alloy to mount the relay panel. Was all going well until I tried to fit the large area washers to the top mount bolts - not enough clearance above the bolts (fouled the cowl) so had to file a large flat on the washer to get them to fit. Then some more gymnastics to get ar enough under the panel to reach the bolt heads and nuts to bolt the panel in place.
Drew up a wiring plan for the fuel tank fuel level sender units, then wired them through to the panel. Used the soldering iron to heat the heat shrink over the connections.
