Finished making the aircraft cover - now is protected from dust and enquiring eyes when it gets to the hanger.
Started assembly of the bus bars. Shortened machine screws so they are well clear of the firewall. Sanded and tidied the nylon insulator blocks.
Finished playing with the canopy seal. The standard pinchweld does a very poor job and doesn't touch in many places near the top. Where it does touch it tends to hold the canopy open as the closing action of the top part of the canopy is a slip action - the seal rubber doesn't slip at all. Will see how the new version goes.
