Brief Description: General & Fitting Dynon EGT Sensors
Marked all exhaust pipes at 100mm from manifold - had to make do with a range. The closest is 90mm because it won't fit any further away - the longest is 110mm because it won't fit any closer.
Centre punched and tried drilling with a new 1/8 HSS bit but made no progress at all. Headed off to Bunnings and bought two Cobalt 135 degree angle cutting angle SS drill bits. With high pressure, low speed and plenty of WD40 - cut easily through the SS exhaust. Drilled, aligned, clamped and finished all 6 EGT senors.
