Removed the elevators to fit the trim cable. Drilled the front of the elevator and fitted a grommet, then fitted 3 retaining "hooks" to the rear of the stabiliser to hold the cable. Drilled an access hole throrugh the side of the fuse - fitted a grommet - then prelaid the trim cable. Also refitted and adjusted the trim push-rod. Then refitted the elevators.
Pulled the rudder cables through and laid them in place - then refitted the rudder, and refitted the rudder cables. Fitting the rudder bolts is always a challenge - Sheryl & I spend about 1 1/2 hours with masking tape and fencing wire - but we got the bolts in place and tightened up.
As soon as I get the right machine screws I will bolt the elevators in place - then the rear of the plane is finished!
