Brief Description:  Brake line mod - keeping the plastic tube away fro

Having seen the pictures of the large bubble in a plastic brake line (too much heat near the brakes) I followed Peter T's lead and made up a stainless line to run for the first 350mm from the brakes.

Took a bit of research - but the supplied brake tube is 1/4", so by using the same 1/4"OD diameter stainless tube I could use a standard connector fitting to join the stainless to the plastic. The fittings are from Swaglok. I also bought some self-vulcanising rubber tape (Scotch 23) to tape to the leg to provide a soft buffer against the legs for the connector fittings.

Will have to think about cable tying the brake line to the leg - the leg flexes when landing so any attachment might have to be somewhat loose.....
