Brief Description: Oil dipstick cover - top cowling
Carefully cut out the cover along the hinge line to get a good fit. The positioned the cover and drilled and fitted clecoes and tested. When all was OK - wetted both surfaces with resin - then layed-up flocking and scewed through the cover and hinge to hold it all together until the resin flocking dries.
Still awaiting the push-button camloc - hopefully it arrives this week so it can be fitted. Once that's done we're all ready for paint (after some more checking and final sanding on smaller parts if need be.
