Brief Description:  Making up the alloy oil pan cooling duct.

Spent the late afternoon and evening converting the cardboard template to the alloy duct. Sheetmetal skills very rusty (!) so slow work. There were 4 holes already drilled and tapped in the engine oil pan lower fins - but I needed 2 more at the rear of the engine to hold the duct securely - so some careful drilling and tapping.

After many trial fits and adjustments, the duct was riveted together and test fitted with the cowl in place. Now just needs rubber seals to be made to give a flexible and reasonable seal to the lower cowl. Don't want too much air getting in and upsetting the relative air pressures inside the cowl.
