Brief Description:  Fitting the extension flange for the prop.

Eventually sourced some Loktite 620 - took some doing as the automotive shops don't carry it. Took 2 months to get it in .............

Read all the big warnings that came with the new flange! Thoroughly cleaned the bolts, then thoroughly cleaned the hole threads, ran the tap and the bolts in and out of the threads a few times to make sure there was no binding.

Got a mate to hold the large screwdriver in the ring gear - then put the 620 into the thread holes and torqued the bolts. And retorqued and retorqued to make sure - before the 620 went off.

Even though I can't lockwire the bolts properly - I will have a go at threading a wire around as extra insurance.

UPDATE - wired the bolts. Not proper lockwired because the flange is too deep - but for any bolt to unwind more than 1/4 turn the wire will have to be broken ..............
