Brief Description:  Fitting air inlet ducts.

Made the cut-out for the oil cooler duct yesterday. Located and made the cut-outs for the engine air intake duct and cabin heat intake duct tonight. Screwed all 3 ducts in place.

Then removed all the ducts, sanded all the flange surfaces with 60 grit and wetout all mating surfaces with resin. I then mixed the flock into the remaining resin, applied the flock mixture to the duct flanges, pressed them in place and scewed them with self-tappers.

Will remove the self tappers tomorrow morning after the flock misture has cured, but before it goes rock hard.
