Brief Description:  Fitting fuel senders - and more wing tip work

Bought a small tube bender and tube cutter after reading the manual. Followed the interestingly written notes (I thought Americans spoke English!) and bent, cut, filed and completed the sender tubes. Then located and drilled the holes for the sender units in the wing. Did as the manual suggested and tested both sender units (connected them to the car battery and ran through the calibration process. Trial fitted the sender units and made the alloy straps to hold the units in place while the flocking sets.
Sanded the first filling of wing tips joints and ran a straight edge over the joints, marked the low spots and filled again.
