Spent the afternoon preparing the wings and wing tips - then attaching the tips to the wings. Clecoed the tips in place, then ground and sanded the joggle area - ground the gell coat from the outside joint area at the same time (ready for the glassing of the joint). Really dusty work! Then re-attached the tips with clecoes and fitted sacrificial screws in between the clecoes (can't use the clecoes when the joint is filled with flocking). Removed the tips again - then wet the joint area with resin and filled with flocking - then pressed the tips in place and secured with screws. Will remove the screws tomorrow morning and run the first layer of glass around the joints.
