Cleaned the W-816 with EkoClean and EkoEtch sloshing the tube with SS Primer/Sealer.
The W-818 was cleaned using a cleaning brush from my clarinet and saxophone days and sloshed with Rust-Oleum rust converter and sealer .
It took some time to figure how to locate 6 evenly spaced holes in the W-816 Aileron Bellcrank to Stick Push Rod Ends.
I laid out the circumference on a flat surface with masking tape, and used a divider from my Mechanical Drawing classes in High School to locate the holes. Then I put the tape around the tubing and marked the hole location. It was still not perfect, but close enough.
The plan call out for the rivets on the W-818 Aileron Bellcrank to Aileron Pushrod is AS470AD4-12. I found the -11 to work better.
