Finally received information from Dayton-Granger about a Static Discharger System. I decided not to rivet the HS Rear Spar to the rest of the assembly until I can verify the best location of the grounding straps between the HS and Elevator. I noticed that Cessna aircraft have a ground strap at each outboard hinge point.
