Manual requires stiffeners E-720J, E-720K and E-7220L be made from E-720D,E and F.
I had already measured and label these pars several weeks ago, but completely forgot. Then I cut an E-720D at the reference line instead of the measured point.
That and another screw up resulted in two calls to Van’s for replacement parts. Any way I made the first gross cut on the stiffeners with aviation snips. Will sand of the remainder of the material next time I am at the hangar/workshop.
Took protective plastic off the inside of the E-701L LH Elevator Skin, and removed plastic around outside rivet holes.
Ordered two 2) Dayton-Granger 16630 Static Dischargers and 4-32 mounting hardware from Sky Geek.
