Trimed R-710 Rudder Horn Brace. Was a little difficult due to the part being formed. Hard to get a hack saw in place without damaging the other side of the brace. Could not use a power tool due to the thin material.
Filed a Radius the upper forward edge of R-405PD to allow the forward flange of the R-704 Bottom Rib to fit over the top part of the Rudder Horn and lay flat on the R-802PP Spar.
Enlarged the bottom most rod end hole in the forward flange of R-704 to 3/8” using a unibit drill.
