Brief Description:  Tools - Bending Block and Fake Spare Completion

Today was a carpentry day...Who said you will not use carpentry skills to build an aluminum airplane !

Two evenings before, I had cut the 3/4" thick plywood sheets to make my fake spars. It resulted in so much wood saw dust in my little shop that I decided to take the opportunity to make some more ! Actually, I had been postponing make the bending block for skins F823-1, so I took this opportunity to make that block, then clean my shop. I spent at least 2, if not 3 hours of cleaning the entire shop to remove the saw dust before I started working on the aircraft again....Next time, I will saw wood outside !

Ultimately, I completed my fake spars, rounded the corners on a belt sander, then drill the 7/16" holes in the press drill, obviously not drilling through the center section to damage the close tolerance holes. Then, I noted the instruction mention to use the 1/4 dia holes, which I shall do later

Overall, these were fun little side projects. I estimate I worked 3 hours on those projects.
