Brief Description: Fuselage - Final Assembly - Skin Panel Back Riveti
Today, was a real productive Sunday. I made notable progress toward canoe 2.0. Instead of working on fuel system as I planned to, I chose to continue working on various sub-assemblies that will be required when I put the canoe back together. As such, I did:
- Back rivet the Mid-Longerons F888 RH & LH to their respective aft fuselage side skins F824 - Installed nutplates on F824 aft fuselage skins for attachment of F824B Cover Plates later - Back rivet various angles on F820 skins, LH & RH, per instruction page 8.34 - Riveted togheter frames F805 and F806 to the intercoastals, per instruction page 8,34 - Started back riveting the LH frame / intercoastal assembly to the left side skin F823.
I worked from 10h15 until 13h15, then from 14h00 until 17h45.
I don't expect to make huge progress this week, as my evenings are well occupied with flight instructing ground school lessons.
