Brief Description:  Fuselage - Final assembly prep, part 3

Boxing day...why waste time at shopping mal frenzy when you can do more countersinking on the RV ?!!!!

Big mission of the day was to takle the super long F887 fuselage longeron hole deburring and then counterskining all the way. I don't know how many holes there is on those two longerons, but there are many !

Dad came to the rescue and started deburring holes. In the meantime, I was doing counterskink. While I started the process with #40 holes on the longeron sideweb, my countersink bit broke. For a moment, I tought it was end of my production for the week. Then I realized I could call Fred to see if he wouldn't have one to borrow me. We did a little visit to Fred, and I was back in production. Fred, you just saved my day !

It takes at least one hour, if not one hour and half to countersink the side web for each longeron F887. I do not know if there is any faster way of doing this, but that would be worth the research if I ever build more RVs
