Taking a day off from work, on this Monday afternoon I worked with my Uncle Jean-Louis Chartrand on completing the Consoles and Seat Ramp section on page 8-51. While reading the instruction the other night, I realize I could easily fit the F865-1 RH console, then drill the missing nutplate holes in the RH F804-1 bulhkead cap. Much easier to do at this stage than once the canoe is completed. Once the holes were drilled, I installed the missing nutplate in the F804-1 bulkhead.
After Jean-Louis left, I resume working on the Fuel Selector Valve Support Plate. I added lightnening holes on each side of the valve. I also made a cut-out in the front flange to ensure no fouling with left fuel tank fitting.
