Brief Description: Fuselage - We have an aluminum canoe !
This Thursday, I first came in the morning with two objectives in mind prior to Yves arrival: 1) Make sure the fuselage support jig is level everywhere 2) Finalize tail cone parts preparation.
Upon Yves arrival after lunch, we set ourselves the goal to join the fwd and mid fuselage together. That didn't take too much time. Once that was done, we started fitting the tailcone, and in a matter of a few hours, voilà I have now a RV-8 Fuselage complete on cleco !
I just can't believe I got to this stage of the project ! I had to stop and admire the work done !
It doesn't happen often that I says that, but for once, I am really proud of myself !
