Brief Description:  Fuselage - Riveting Bottom Skins to Seat Rib struc

Today, the mission was to finally rivet both skins F826 and F827 to the seat rib structure. Yves Millette, another member from my R/C Aircraft club, provided the needed assistance. Since Yves had never bucked solid rivet before, first order of the day was to teach him the basics of riveting with sample parts.

Then, after mixing some sealant and apply it to junction between F826 and F827, Yves started back riveting both skins together. While he was finishing this, I proceeded with applying sealant to the seat rib frame flanges. We then clecoed the assmembled skins to the seat rib with cleco in every holes.

In between, I got a call for a job interview on the phone. We finished the riveting, and Yves left for home. I finished the day cleaning and removing the extra sealant and squeeze out with acetone

I worked with Yves from 13h30 until 16h20, then continued alone from 17h15 until 18h30.
