Brief Description: Fuselage - Mod for removable baggage bay floor
Tonight, I continued working on the baggage bay parts to make them removable for future inspection. Same as seat rib, the objective is replace the LP4-3 pop rivets with screws and nutplates. Therefore this evening I did:
- Drill dia #40 holes in longerons F888 RH and LH, deburred these holes, then countersunk them - I had drilled the nut plate hole dia #40 yesterday in Baggage Rib Angles F818B-1 LH and RH, thus tonight, I countersunk all these holes for flush 3/32 rivets - Once this drilling and countersinking was done, It was getting past 21h30. I decided to look at the remaining work to do for the aft fuselage, and plan it for the next day.
I was in the shop tonight from 20h15 until 22h15. no pics
