Brief Description:  Fuselage - Mid Fuse F823-R-1 Skin

Upon completing the L/G Box FWD RH bulkhead with Fred, I had a new partner joining the project for the first time. Sylvain arrived about the time we were done with the bulkhead, and upon Fred departure, we started working on the Mid Fuse Skin Panel F823-R-1. We did:

- Per instruction pages 8-18 & 8-19, we first match together skin panel F823-1 and F815C-R-1 with cleco
- We then drill a hole dia 1/4" for the hole saw pilot hole.
- We open the dia 2 5/8" hole with the hole saw I got on Friday. We first tried to do this with both parts clamped together, and using the press drill. It worked partially. We decided to makes these holes separately, with a normal drill. Once that was done, Sylvain deburred the holes
- I took the opportunity to finalize deburring other holes in both F823-1 RH and LH skins
- Next objective was the bend the conical shape on the bottom aft part of F823-1. Per the instruction, we made bend line on the parts. Using the bending board I created a few days ago, we clamped the skin on the work table, and started bending the skin. We made 2 attemps to get the shape right. Then It was time for dinner, and we left it up there.
- I came back after dinner and finalized shaping the right side, then prepared the left side for shaping the next day.
