This Sunday, I can describe my day in the shop as a melting pot of fuselage items I did during the afternoon and the evening.
I first started by making space in the shop for Mom to come along and work on blue film removal, and supply her with skin parts to work on.
To move along with the instruction for Mid Fuse, I started working on the F807 bulkhad frame. I finalized some deburring by removing/blending a crack I had made with the wheel cutter when I removed the tabs in this parts during deburring phase. I then scuffed this area, followed by joining both LH and RH F807 parts at the middle with Cleco. This assembly was then fitted to the Mid Fuse now on saw horses. I installed after the F860 intercoastal on the Mid fuse side walls.
I then continued working on the tail cone bulkheads F808 and F809. For whatever reason, I then jump on the FWD Seat back, to complete some work not done by my Uncle a few weeks ago. The fwd seat back is not ready for paint prep.
I worked from 14h00 until 17h30, then from 19h00 until 21h00.
