Brief Description:  Fuselage - MOD L/G Box Web Access Hatch for Servic

Today, while Mom was trimming blue vinyl film on skin panel with the soldering iron, I kept on working on the MOD L/G Box access for serviceability. Order of the day was first to finish work on the F802C R/H and L/H webs. I did:

- On both F802C-1 Webs LH & RH, I drilled dia #40 for nutplate rivet with nutplate jig. There is 16 nutplates per web added, then it requires 64 nutplate rivet dia #40 holes
- All holes previously drilled were deburred
- Web F802C and new angles F802E & F802F LH & RH were mated together with clecos
- All holes dia #30 and dia #12 in angles and webs were match drilled
- Web/angles assy was disassembled, then all holes were deburred
- Moved on the perform final deburr on edges of new access cover made earlier this week.
- Then I was unsure if I was going to modify Web F802C to replace the rivet MS20470AD4-5 domed head rivet (per dwg 62) with flush head rivet instead for a flush and "fancier looking" landing gear box. That meant dimpling the web and countersinking the angles. I wet to check what I did with F802A and F802B bulkhead. I had been fancy there, and I had countersunk the rivet holes, only to realize today that my holes were now all with a knife edge condition, basically meaning I scrapped my bulkhead parts. I was disappointed I did this earlier in the project, and because of this, I decided it is wise to stick with the original design. I will re-order F802A and F802B Bulkheads soon.

I worked from 13h30 until 17H45, then from 19h30 until 21h30
