Brief Description:  Fuselage - MOD L/G box web access hatches

On this day, I finalized fabricating the F802C oblong hole cover plates I started the day before. First thing I did was to lay out and drill holes dia #40 in F802C LH and RH box web around the oblong hole. These holes will be enlarged and use later for nutplate screw holes. Holes were layout with proper E/D on F802C web. With holes drilled and deburred in F802C web, next step was to match drill these holes in the newly fabricated cover plates.

After locating a first cover plate on top of a F802C web and match drilling holes through it, it resulted in some holes in cover plate being low E/D. I realized that my cover plates were not large enough. They needed to be re fabricated with at least 0.125" wider.

I rejected my first cover plates, and started fabricating new ones, this time slightly larger.
