Brief Description:  Fuselage - Replacing Inboard Seat Rib Angle F814C-

With replacement part F814C-L-1 and F814C-R-1 received from Van's two days ealier, the mission of the day was to prepare these angles for assembly on the seat rib sub-assy, and incorporate at the same time the MOD Removable Seat Floor Panel (addition of nutplates to those seat rib angle in replacement of LP4-3 pop rivets). Therefore that day I did:

- Removed blue vinyl film on angles F814C-1 LH and RH, and deburr angles on grinder with 3M Scotch Brite wheel
- Drill all holes dia #40 and dia #30 full size on angles F814C LH and RH, deburr holes
- Fit angles to seat rib sub assy
- Temporarily install floors F830 and F831
- Fit and drill F837-1 Aft Control mount again, match drilling in F814C-1 LH and RH, but this time starting with a dia #19 drill bit. Then disassemble everything and drill nutplate rivet hole dia #40 with nutplate jig. Once done, dia #19 hole were enlarged to final dimension dia #12.
- While F814C-1 LH & RH angles are disassemble from seat rib structure, I made a line along the center for nutplate jig reference later

In the evening, I did:
- Drill all dia #40 holes for nutplate required for MOD removable floor on angles F814C-1 LH and RH
- Machine countersink all the rivet dia #40 holes drilled at previous step
- In part F805F-1 LH & RH, countersink nutplate holes dia #40 in those two parts.

I worked from 15h30 until 18h00, then from 19h30 until 21h45
