Using the dimpling technics though to me by my friend Fred for the DRDT-2, I dimple all the dia #40 holes common with the stiffening angles F830B, C,D,E or F in seat floor panel F830-1 and F831-1. Had I not dimpled these angles with the pneumatic squeezer previously, I would have dimpled those at the same time cleco with the floor panel to ensure a perfect fit. Oh well, next time...
During the evening, I noted on drawing 77 the reference to a small snap busing SB437-4 for flap wiring. That was the response the the question both Fred and myself had about that little dia #30 un-used by any structure, what was his purpose in life ? Per DWG 77, hole was enlarge to dia 7/16" with a Unibit drill, and deburred. While I was there, I did the same hole in F806A-L-1 per Ref DWG 69. This will be use later for routing electric flap motor wiring harness.
I continued that evening by drilling floor panel F830-1 & F831-1 holes dia #30 for pop-rivet LP4-3, enlarging them to Dia #19 for use with a screw as per the MOD removable floors
I worked from 15h00 until 18h00, then from 20h30 until 21h45
