Brief Description:  Fuselage - Flap bearing block & F805 bracket drill

Still working on the seat rib / seat floor fuselage section, on this day I did:

- Per instruction page 8-47 and DWG 77, I started adding missing features to flap bearing blocks F445 L/H and RH. I drilled pilot holes dia #40 with the press drill with success. Following this, I try to drill full size Dia #10 without holding F445 block in a vise. It turned out that hole drill were not perpendicular, thus qty (1) part F445 was scrapped. I did not attemped to drill the other F445 flap bearing block without procuring a press drill vise first. (NOTE: 3 new F445 flap bearing block were ordered from Van's Aircraft, one for replacement, two to put in spare part stock).
- Following this misap, I tried to match drill dia #19 the Floor F829-1, F805C floor support angle and both F805D (per instruction page 8-48). It turned out my holes dia #19 in F805D brackets, both LH and RH were marginally low E/D. Parts F805D were removed and discarded.
- I re fabricated qty (2) new F805D L/H and RH, but this time, nominal dimension 2.00" on bracket drawing (ref DWG 65) was increased to 2.25"
- Re-installed new bracket F805D L/H and R/H on Inboard seat ribs F814A-1 L/H & R/H.
- Match drill dia #19 again F829-1, F805C and both F805D L/H and R/H, now turned out perfect.
- In both F805D, drill holes dia #40 for nut plates, then countersink

On that day, I worked from 15h30 until 18h00, then from 19h00 until 21h45
