Brief Description:  Fuselage - Seat floors & Front Seat Back

During this working day, I started working on the seat floor (Ref DWG 76, instruction page 8-47 to 8-49). Althought working on this sub-assembly is not required until the "fuselage canoe" is completed (or equivalent to Quick Build Fuselage), I felt that having the seat rib structure on saw horse would ease the integration of these floor panel. In addition, my objective is to get these floor removable to meet Transport Canada requirement for no close area to in-service inspection. At the same time, I had to get the front and back seat built up so they could be fitted in relation with the seat floors.

On this day, I did:

- Installed prefit stifenning angle on floor panels F830-1 and F831-1
- Review completely the instructions for seat floor assembly
- Assemble on cleco the front seat back
- Fabricated the front seat back hinge and matched drill it with front seat back
- Fitted front seat back hinge on Floor panel F829-1
- Started fabrication of rear seat back hinge, adding pilot hole and removing eyelet per dwg 76

I worked from 11h30 until 14h00, then from 15h30 until 18h15, with numerous interuption from visitors.
