On that Saturday, I made progress on the Seat Rib Sub Assy:
- Re-assemble all the Seat Rib Sub Assy on cleco - Drill the interface with Spar F806 - Removed blue vinyl film along rivet line on skins F826-1 and F827-1, and fluted flange on F827-1 per instructions - Following that, I cleaned the saw horses (they came from outside in the garden) and added carpet on them to prevent part damage - I spend a few minutes to install no marr boots on 100 cleco 3/32 - I located the seat rib sub assembly upside down on the saw horse - Cleco both skins F826 and F827 on the seat rib sub assy. - Later that evening, I match drill skins F826 & F827 with Seat Rib Sub Assy - Removed the skins from the seat rib sub-assy - Deburred all holes in skins and seat rib sub assy
I worked from 13h45 until 18h00, then from 19h30 until 21h15
