Brief Description: Designing a table for new DRDT-2 dimpler press
After using the C-Frame for dimpling on the practice kits, I realized it had limitation and more than likely it would give me problems when building the fuselage kits. Despite its higher cost and my limited budget, I decided to order a DRDT-2 dimpler press from Aircraft Spruce. Upon its delivery, I started looking into a design for a dimpler support table to make sure the skin panels would be flat and supported while I am performing dimpling.
On that day, I went to Rona to buy some MDF and some hardware to start working on my dimpling table.
