Problem: Hole dia #1/4 drilled as per ref DWG 60 is low edge distance in angle F801H-L-1 and ovalized in F801L-1 and firewall web F801A-1.
Causes for problem: - External pressure to complete work quickly - Firewall sub assembly structure was held at an angle, not allowing the drill to be perpendicular to web surface
Engineering disposition to solve problem: - Re-order and replace parts F801L and F801H-L-1 with new parts - Drill oversize with Unibit 3/8" dia the ovalized hole in Firewall web to make round again.
RNC 80001 is now closed with activities performed on Dec 26 and 27, 2015
