Brief Description: Revised Sales Agreement for Empennage Kit
Due to my unemployment, RV-8 project was put on ice for a while. Nevertheless, I took the opportunity to revise and submit a new sale agreement for empennage kit. I had to do this relative to the request Van's made to demonstrate I am the rightfull owner of this empennage. I took a few hours to write a new agreement, and made changes according to the Seller desire. At the end, it made the transaction a little more clear and with better legal terms.
