Brief Description: Finished Avionics & some fiberglass
Tidied up the panel install and connected the GDL antenna. Moved iot out to the driveway and fired it up. Everything worked and talked. GDL was working for air to air traffic but did not get ground station reception while on the ground. Sat and listened to KSFB a little while. Moved he plane back in and sanded the windscreen fairing area a litttle. Added a little more epoxy with black dye and flox to get a good smooth transition before I add the glass. Worked a little on the front of the cowl. Sanded and then added a little epoxy with flox to the nose area. Received my Catto three blade prop yesterday. I was happy it showed with no damage. Left it wrapped in plastic since it will be going to the airport in a few weeks. I like the color. It is my dark blue color with my yellow tip accents.
