Have I mentioned that I hate sanding? Well tonight was more sanding. On my next plane i will be better at the fiberglass stuff. I made it hard on myself by overlapping the tape with too much glass. This just means extra sanding. I used an electric sander for the top portion and got it to where I was happy. I then pulled the tape off and re-taped in a 1/16 of an inch. I then added two layers of glass to the top. This time I made a good cut on the glass and then lined it up perfectly with the tape edge. Next session I will do the same for the bottom edge.
