I have decided to finish the wheel pants to the prime stage rather than having the paint shop do it. This means I need a perfect finish with no ripples or pin holes. I have a small touch-up paint gun so I bought the good primer from PPG and I will be priming them with JP202. Since I will be waiting until about June for an engine I may start painting the plane. We will see how the priming goes. At this point there is a lot of sanding and filling.
