Figured if I was going to get serious about aligning the canopy I needed to rivet the aft top skin on instead of the clecoes being in the way. RV-7 Chris came by and helped rivet the skin on and then we screwed the slider rail on. I ran tape along the frame rails and marked them for drilling. I screwed blocks to the table for the correct spacing and started drilling the canopy. I saved the last few on the rear bow and then mounted it on the plane. I clamped blocks to get the correct spacing and then drilled the last few holes. The frame is the perfect width. I also drilled the back top strip. Then assembled the latch handle and measured for proper height so I can trim the handle tube.
